Back into the swing of things. Been doing alot lately with both music and painting. Currently in the process of finishing up a 3 song Demo for the band, I am working on now,and will post that within the next few days. For fans of: Burning Witch, Ulver, Mono, Emperor, This Will Destroy You.

Most paintings I work complete take about 2 to 3 days to complete (some longer). Day 1 consists of prepping the canvas; whether that means adding plaster, texture gel, applying background color, etc. Day 2 usually is spent just looking at the canvas to see if an image pops out. If so, then I paint a black outline or shape of the idea on the canvas. Day 3 is just everything else to get it done. Even after saying they are complete and even after hanging them up; I will still take them down to change stuff if something catches my eye.

Slowly writing ad recording music for a new project. Post some stuff as it progresses.

Everthing is coming along.

Applying plaster or Spackle to the canvases to create texture has now become a staple in my routine before I paint on any canvas now. Acrylic paint all over the carpet in my bedroom; def not getting our security deposit back... I always want to think of titles of my paintings, but upon completion my mind always goes blank.
